Terms and Conditions
By using Action 4 Dogs Training Services you agree to the following terms and
conditions.
Training Sessions and Package Bookings:
The Ultimate Puppy experience package is to be completed within 3 months of the first session. Any purchased puppy package must be used before the puppy turns 6 months of age. Any unused sessions will be forfeited.
All 4 block training packages must be completed within 4 months of the first session. Any unused sessions will be forfeited.
Please inquire for a quote for 121 training outwith my area.
Travel costs apply to each appointment where I travel to you.
Payments:
Payments for packages or sessions made by bank transfer must be paid prior to the appointment. Cash payments for sessions must be made on the day of the appointment and at the commencement of the session time.
Refunds and Cancellations:
Failure to show up for the session will result in a forfeited session. Failure to show up on time for the session will result in that time being deducted from the remaining time lost for the session.
Cancellation for a session within 24 hours of the session will result in that session being forfeited.
In the event a session or appointment is to be cancelled due to adverse or extreme weather conditions, I will look to reschedule your session for another mutually convenient time. Otherwise Sessions will go ahead in poor weather.
Safety, Responsibility & Handling:
It is the full responsibility of the dog owner and handler to make sure that their dog is safely secured on a collar and leash, or harness, at all times on arrival of the appointment. Off-leash activity during the session is in full agreement with the dog owner.
Privacy and Marketing:
Owners may take photographs or video if in agreement with the trainer during a session for their own private use only. With the owner’s consent the trainer may ask to take a photograph or video during the training session and ask if it is
appropriate with the owner’s agreement to use pictures or videos for social media purposes.
